I cannot tell you how helpful Nathan and Lisa were in helping us purchase our new home. They were kind and understanding even when I was flip-floppy in what kinds of houses we were looking at. Our move was a very emotional one prompted by some heavy circumstances. The whole team was sensitive to this and knew when to speak up and but did not push us into anything. They were open, honest, and were very detail oriented. Coming all the way from Virginia to Colorado, Nathan's expertise was invaluable. He was so willing to share contacts and reccomendations for vendors was also insanely helpful. Actually, I can't say enough good things about Nathan and Lisa Fisk! We purchased our house in Colorado Springs while still living in Sacramento. Our daughter lives in Colorado Springs and worked with Nathan and Lisa to purchase their house. She was thrilled and highly recommended them. We had complete trust in Nathan and Lisa, which was very important given our circumstances. I would describe them as personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable in all things pertaining to real estate, and well acquainted with older homes like the one we purchased. Also, we had not bought a home in 35 years so we needed a lot of guidance every step along the way. They were very gracious and patient with us. We would highly recommend them with no reservations!
