Nathan worked very hard to research the market in our area and determine a fair asking price that brought a buyer to the table in less than two weeks. We left our house to move out of state two weeks prior to closing. Nathan was very diligent to take care of various issues after we left since we were not available. Actually, I can't say enough good things about Nathan and Lisa Fisk! We purchased our house in Colorado Springs while still living in Sacramento. Our daughter lives in Colorado Springs and worked with Nathan and Lisa to purchase their house. She was thrilled and highly recommended them. We had complete trust in Nathan and Lisa, which was very important given our circumstances. I would describe them as personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable in all things pertaining to real estate, and well acquainted with older homes like the one we purchased.
